Tasks of the HR Center – Personnel:
- Managing matters related to the employment of all employee groups: recruitment, employment process, and termination of employment, as well as collaborating in this regard with heads of the University's organizational units and their designated personnel officers.
- Maintaining and storing personal files of employed employees.
- Issuing employee ID cards.
- Preparing certificates for banks, institutions, and offices confirming employment at the University.
- Implementing the offboarding process.
- Managing matters related to the payment of one-off compensation from the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) for accidents at work and occupational diseases.
- Preparing materials for the University authorities and preparing employment analyses.
- Preparing quarterly and annual employment reports for the Central Statistical Office.
- Maintaining and entering personal data into the University's IT systems, as well as the POL-on system.
- Administrative support for the committee responsible for orders and decorations, and the committee for academic staff awards.
