HR Center regularly conducts surveys that help to identify the needs, expectations and opinions of employees on issues important to them. The collected information allows to introduce support and development measures, and to undertake corrective steps at our university.
When developing and analyzing the survey results, HR Center cooperates with the Team for Monitoring the Professional Career of Graduates of Gdańsk University of Technology.
