Adaptation trainings are aimed at newly hired employees, and their purpose is to introduce them to the most important issues concerning the functioning and organizational culture of the University. The trainings are conducted by the relevant units of the University according to the scope of their tasks. Adaptive training courses include:

  • from the field of occupational health and safety - more information
  • position instruction - which is the responsibility of the employee's supervisor and is closely related to the tasks assigned to the employee on the job. Position instruction should begin from the first day of work.
  • onboarding - whose purpose is to familiarize newly hired employees with the mission, strategy, organizational structure and work rules at Gdansk University of Technology. These trainings are conducted by HR Center staff twice a month - more information
