Registration
Reservations can be made by sending an email to: zapisy.csa@pg.edu.pl. In the message, please include your first name, last name, the name of the activity, and your preferred time slot.
The number of spots is limited, and participation is determined on a first-come, first-served basis.
With the start of the second semester, the schedule may change as some training sessions coincide with the teaching activities of Academic Sport Center staff.

Regulamin
- Sports activities for employees of Gdańsk University of Technology are conducted by the coaching staff of the Academic Sports Center.
- Depending on the chosen discipline, activities take place at the PG sports facilities in the Academic Sports Center at al. Zwycięstwa 12 or at the sports hall at ul. Sobieskiego 18.
- Activities are conducted in three cycles during the calendar year: January - March, April - June, October - December. Separate registration is required for each cycle.
- Registrations are accepted only by email to zapisy.csa@pg.edu.pl and begin 10 days before the start of each cycle, after the announcement appears in the Employee Zone. Applications sent before this date will not be considered.
- Activities will commence once a group of at least 50% of participants is formed.
- The number of spots in the activities is limited, and participation is determined on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Only current employees of Gdańsk University of Technology are eligible to participate in the activities.
- Participation in the activities is paid. The fees for each activity are listed in the schedule, which also details any breaks in the activities for each discipline.
- Payments for activities should be made via bank transfer to Gdańsk University of Technology account number: 41 1090 1098 0000 0000 0901 5569. In the title, please include: “payment for sports activities 'name' – participant’s first and last name.” The fee must be paid for the entire cycle in advance before the first session of the cycle, and the payment confirmation should be sent to zapisy.csa@pg.edu.pl.
- The fee is not dependent on the participant's actual attendance at the sessions. For organizational reasons, it is not possible to make up missed sessions.
- Participants have the right to cancel their participation in the activities with a 7-day notice period. The cancellation request must be sent by email to zapisy.csa@pg.edu.pl. In this case, the participant will receive a refund proportional to the completed sessions.
- If the activities are canceled by the organizer, the sessions will be rescheduled for a date specified by the organizer.
- If the group is dissolved, the participant will receive a refund proportional to the completed sessions.
- If the sports activities are organized during working hours, employees participating in the activities must obtain their supervisor’s approval. Making up sessions is also possible only with the consent of the unit manager.
- By registering for the activities, the participant declares that their health condition allows them to participate in sports activities.h.
- Participants in sports activities can use 3 parking lots at CSA PG. Detailed conditions for using the parking spots are provided below.
Using Parking Lots at CSA PG
Using the university-wide parking lot shown on the map as number 3 is possible for PG employees with campus entry cards issued by the Security Center.
Using parking lots number 1 and 2 is possible after updating employee data in the Academic Sports Center system. To do this, at least 3 business days before the planned sports activities, send your entry card number (0089...), first and last name, and the planned sports activities schedule to zapisy.csa@pg.edu.pl
