We care about the well-being and health of our employees!

As an employee, you have the opportunity to take advantage of the offer of activities and classes at the Academic Sports Center of the Gdańsk University of Technology.

If you don't have time or haven't had a chance to sign up for employee sports classes – don't worry. We invite you to join our online activities.

However, if you feel like exercising after work – we offer you participation in the sports and recreational program Benefit - Multisport card.

If you're unsure whether you can perform certain exercises – contact the Employee Health Education Consultant. They will address your concerns and advise you on the best type of activity for you.

It's important to take care of every aspect of your life, including harmony and inner peace. We conduct activities for mental balance, workshops to increase self-awareness, training in stress prevention and burnout, as well as techniques for coping with stress and anxiety.

You can find current announcements and communications about our activities in the periodic editions of the HR Center Newsletter and in the Employee Zone.
