Responsibilities of the HR Center – Social Affairs Team:
 
  • Managing matters related to the administration and expenditures of the Company Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS), particularly those concerning holiday subsidies, financial aid, and housing loans

  • Handling matters related to group insurance, medical care, and preventive health check-ups for employees

  • Managing discount rail pass (PKP) applications for employees

  • Coordinating the Benefit Systems program

  • Organizing meetings for retired employees of Gdańsk University of Technology

  • Organizing holiday stays and individual vacations at the Czarlina Recreation Center

  • Providing administrative and accounting support for matters related to the operation of the Recreation Center
