You plan your holidays in Moja PG. Remember to do it in advance. Indicate people who will replace you, and set up an autoresponder in your e-mail that will automatically inform about your absence from work.
Annual leave is available to every person employed under an employment contract. The length of your leave depends on your length of service.
You have the right to:
- 20 working days of leave per year if your seniority is less than 10 years,
- 26 working days of leave per year if your seniority is more than 10 years.
An employee who takes up employment for the first time in a calendar year in which he/she started work obtains the right to holiday at the end of each month of work, in the amount of 1/12 of the leave to which he/she is entitled after working for one year.
The duration of the leave is dependent not only on the length of service, but also by the period of study. All schools completed by the employee are included in the leave length and work experience. In the case of completed university, we add 8 years to the seniority.
An academic teacher is entitled to a holiday leave of 36 working days. The leave should be used during the period free from didactic activities.

The rules for granting parental leave are provided for in the Labor Code in section eight, Art. 1751–1891 and the regulation of the Minister of Family, Labor and Social Policy of 8 December 2015.

Academic teacher under the age of 65, employed full-time, after at least 10 years of employment at a university, has the right to a paid health leave in order to get recommended treatment, if his/her health condition requires refraining from work.
The total duration of health leave during the entire period of employment of an academic teacher may not exceed one year.
An academic teacher taking a health leave may not engage in gainful employment at that time.
