The implementation of the Programme for Competence Development and Employee Wellbeing at Gdansk University of Technology is supported by conferences, events and meetings organised at the University, both locally, nationally and internationally, including, inter alia, the University's own initiatives and those carried out as part of FarU, such as the Didactics Celebration, Mental Health Week at Gdansk University of Technology, Young Scientist's Day at Gdansk University of Technology.
Educational material
Educational materials aimed at academics, project management guides, manuals related to the development of IT services, etc. are made available to staff for the Programme.
