We offer you a set of exercises that you can do both during a short break at work and independently at home. Use them to take a break during the day, relieve stress, boost your energy, or simply overcome the afternoon slump! We encourage you to adjust the exercises to your fitness level.
Remember to modify them as needed and, of course, always consult with a doctor before trying any new form of activity. If you have any questions about modifications, our Employee Health Education Consultant is here to help.
