Recruitment Interview

  • During the meeting, we discuss your previous professional challenges, plans, and expectations. We describe the specifics of the position you are applying for and present the tasks associated with it. This is a good time to clarify doubts and answer your questions.
  • The recruitment process is usually a one-stage process, but it depends on the specifics of the position. You will receive detailed information about the recruitment process during the interview.

Employment

  • To the Candidate selected in the recruitment process, we extend an employment offer. Other Candidates invited for qualifying interviews receive feedback on the completion of the process.

Recruitment process for academic teachers

  • Recruitment of academic teachers is carried out in accordance with the recruitment policy for academic teachers, which takes into account the principles defined in the "European Charter for Researchers" and the "Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers" (Open, Transparent and Merit-based Recruitment of Researchers, OTM-R). This ensures equal opportunities, treatment, and access to recruitment procedures for candidates from both the country and abroad.
  • We publish announcements of competitions on the following pages: Join Us - job offers, Bulletin of Public Information of GUT, on the pages of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, and the European Commission (in the European portal for mobile scientists).
  • We minimize administrative barriers; we expect from candidates only those documents that are truly necessary to make a fair, transparent, and substantive selection.
  • Criteria for assessing applications are diverse and balanced, in accordance with the announced position.
  • We inform all candidates about the completion of the recruitment process.
  • After the competition is resolved, we publish a protocol from the conducted competition, which contains information about the selected candidate, along with the justification for the choice.
